How to move from storage-p to Vaultwarden
storage-p does not lock you in. This guide exports your vault and imports it into Vaultwarden.
Export and import
- In storage-p, open Account → Data and export the Bitwarden-format JSON.
- In Vaultwarden, use its import for a Bitwarden-format JSON and select the file.
- Verify your entries appear correctly in Vaultwarden.
The export is unencrypted by design (for migration). Delete the file right after importing, and prefer storage-p's encrypted backup for anything you keep.
